Conscious Parenting

Conscious parenting, Mindful Parenting, and Parenting with Connection all serve the same purpose: finding healing, connection, strength, and connection in the family.  I believe that co-parenting begins as soon as you find out you are expecting and is a critical aspect to Conscious Parenting, so it is incorporated in this program. This is offered in 3, 6, and 12 month sessions.

Co-parenting after a break-up, separation, or divorce is often one of the biggest challenges parents, and their children, face. This is an 8- Week program designed to help prioritize the mental, emotional, and physical well being of the family, with an emphasis of your children, and creating a healthy, new family.

In this  9 - week program,  we will to provide the time to process and work through the steps to help you find a loving and connected relationship with your children, partner and in the new family dynamic.
